Pool Time

Well today it was in the 80s so we decided to open up my parents' pool and put Sophie in it for the first time. The water was a little cool so it took her a little while to adjust to it. Once she got in her little ladybug she loved it! Dad pushed her all around the pool. We can't wait for the summer!!

Easter

Before going to Easter Mass Sophie was given her Easter basket (eggs filled with puffs & 2 stuffed animals). This year we had both my family and Mark's family over for a traditional Greek Easter dinner(at least our version of one). We had a great time...I think this will be a new family tradition!

Well, shortly after turning 8 months old Sophia started crawling and pulling up to stand...oh how life has changed. We had to move her mattress down 2 levels, take her mobile out of her crib, clean the carpets and will be getting a gate for the top of the stairs this week. The only thing that is frustrating now is that she doesn't know how to sit back down once she is up so going down for a nap is a little difficult. Over the last month Sophie also made her 1st trip up to the Quad Cities to meet some of the Stopulos clan. We also stopped in KC to visit Julie, Kelly & Natalie, which was fun (I'll have to post those pictures later). We can't wait for the weather to get warmer so we can get in the pool for the 1st time!
